General Terms & Conditions

1. Registration
Participants are registered for the 8-week (MBSR) mindfulness training at Annes Ademruimte (subject to point 2) by submitting the completed registration form, or if they have unequivocally indicated by email to register for the training, asking if we want to process the registration and invoice for them administratively.

2. Intake/introductory meeting and registration
Participation in the training is preceded by an intake/introductory interview. The registration depends on the result of this intake/introductory interview. It is up to Annes Ademruimte to decide on the basis of this interview not to let the candidate participate. The intake/introductory interview is part of the course and is included in the price. The participant is free to decide not to follow the training after the intake. The costs of the intake interview of € 35.00 will then be charged afterwards by invoice. If you join the course you do not have to pay these costs.

3. Participation costs & payment conditions
The participation fee for a group training is: € 465,- (including VAT),

  • Personal intake interview
  • 8 sessions of 2.5 hours
  • A day of silence (practice day)
  • Detailed workbook with theory and homework (pdf or folder)
  • Guided meditations on mp3

The participation fee for a private training is : € 565,- (including VAT),

  • Personal intake interview
  • 8 sessions of approximately 2 hours
  • Afternoon of silence (voluntary, during on of the groups training’s days of the silence of group training)
  • Detailed workbook with theory and homework (pdf or folder)
  • Guided meditations on mp3

The participation costs mentioned on the invoice are to be transferred within 30 days after invoice date to account number: NL29ABNA 0246 4562 80 in the name of Annes Ademruimte.

If desired, the course fee can be paid in 2 or more installments if the total amount is paid at the latest 4 weeks before the start of the course. Payment in installments will only take place in consultation and after approval by Annes Ademruimte.

If the registration takes place within 30 days before the start date of the training, the full participation costs must be paid immediately by bank transfer. In case of late payment, the participant can not derive any rights from his registration. Annes Ademruimte is then free to let another person participate in their place.

4. Cancellation and cancellation costs
Cancellation can only be done in writing or via email. The date of receipt of letter or mail is binding.

  1. In case of cancellation after 14 days after registration and up to 4 weeks before the start of the program, € 100, – administration costs will be charged. The costs of € 35 from the intake interview are included.
  2. In the event of cancellation less than 4 weeks before the start date of the program, the full registration fee will be due (even if this amount has not yet (fully) been paid). No refund will take place in the event of premature termination or missing meetings.
  3. If the person who had originally registered, nominates another candidate who has not yet registered, and who meets the participation requirements (at the discretion of Annes Ademruimte), only € 35, – administration costs will be charged, to be paid by the person who cancels.

5. Moving and shifting data
Shifting dates to another date during the course, counts as cancellation. This is only possible after the approval of Annes Ademruimte and after payment of the associated administration costs of € 35, -.

6. Cancellation of training courses, programs, training courses
Annes Ademruimte has the right, in case of compelling or unforeseen circumstances, to oppose one or more course days, stating reasons, and to cancel the entire course if the number of applications is too low. When a training is canceled because of too few applications, the participants are informed at the latest 1 week before the start of the training. Of course, in these cases refund of the payment takes place. Annes Ademruimte reimburses a maximum of the amount of the course costs.

7. Cancellation / termination of intakes and individual appointments
Individual appointments must be canceled up to 24 hours in advance, by telephone or email. In case of late registration, costs are charged (€ 35 per session). Ademruimte cancels an appointment shorter than 24 hours in advance, € 35 discount will be granted for the next individual consultation.

8. Copyright and rights
All materials, texts, audio instructions, course materials, which are provided during the training, or which can be found on Annes Ademruimte’s website, in newsletters or on its social media (unless explicitly stated otherwise on the materials) are the exclusive property of Annes Ademruimte and are protected under Dutch and international copyright laws.

Upon publication, the name and mention of the website www.annesademruimte.nl must always be mentioned in the article or in the colophon of the publication. Recordings may only be used in the specifically agreed manner in writing.

9. Privacy Statement Annes Ademruimte
You are legally entitled to the careful processing of your (personal) data. Annes Ademruimte takes the protection of personal data seriously. You can rest assured that Annes Ademruimte will treat your data with respect and care. Annes Ademruimte acts in accordance with the GDPR legislation that has come into effect on 25 May 2018.
